Tribal dog treats are absolutely fine as treats - treats are not supposed to be regular, as they're treats. I do apologise, I should have made the feeding recommendation for each one more clear. But they're not high enough to be classed as a "very special treat" - it's not extreme at all. Mealworms are often 24% fat! tribal dog treats are totally fine as a once every two weeks sort of thing, which is how dog treats should be fed anyway
Or at least that's how I always feed them
However, I'm almost certain I seem you mentioned you feed cat/dog kibble? If so, the tribal dog treats are MUCH lower in fat than kibble - I don't think I've ever seen a dog or cat food with less than 15% fat. Plus, they're also fortified for dogs and cats, so are really best avoided.
Anyways, OP - don't worry about the tribal dog treats. They're way healthier than yoghurt drops and dog/cat kibble, and you're not going to have any issues with using them as a once every two week sort of thing (or even a monthly treat if you wish, as it usually takes my dwarves a while to finish them haha).
