Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
Oh, sorry. Maybe they used to as my mum once read all the way though the ingredients and found out they contained plastic. It was many years ago, so they may have changed the ingredients. Sorry for the confusion!

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
It's perfectly possible the UK and USA versions have different versions, def worth checking the USA version if you aren't sure, maybe email the company. But plastic in a pet food?! Scary!!

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
Mine have greenies when I haven't been in the pet shop that sells the Whimzees. My hamsters don't seem to have a preference.
Wanna hamster: was it maybe something silicone based? I had a google & couldn't find a mention of it but they did reformulate the greenies a fee years ago as some dogs where getting them stuck in their throat so maybe it was to do with that? Anyway ingredients wise they seem to be safe now.

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
Hmm... I don't remember as it was many years ago. They have probably changed the formula and there is nothing bad with them.

Re: Hamster-Safe Dog Biscuits?
someone on another forum mentioned Nutro crunchy peanut butter treats and they're suppose to be higher quality and the ingredients don't look too bad. Except "chicken meal" sounds a bit unpleasant. It's better than "meat meal" haha
