Dwarf hamsters all enjoy mealworms either the dried ones of they can be fed live if you are brave! Most fruits and veg are OK as long as you avoid citrus fruits and also very sweet fruits as dwarfs are prone to diabetes. Our like broccolli, cauliflower, carrot, pepper, parsley, cooked potato, courgette to name a few. Only give a fingernail sized piece at a time of one type to make sure they agree with your hammy. You can also give a little chicken or tofu.
