how much / often should i feed my hammy

is it better to feed your hamster every day, or every 2-4 days?
and if I feed my hamster daily, how much should I feed him / her?
( I am getting a robo )
I am probably going to feed my hamster on burgess dwarf hamster harvest or burgess superpet ( im not sure of its name!! )
also, apart from fresh veg + mealworms, is their anything else I should consider feeding my hamster, to add to its diet?

I feed my robo a mixture of Supreme Harry Hamster, Burgess Hamster Harvest (the normal one), locust beans and Supreme Science selective Hamster Nuggets. She has 3 teaspoons of the first three mixed & one hamster nugget every other day.
I mix equal amounts of Harry Hamster and The Hamster Harvest and a handful of locust beans in. I also give her a milky bone (dog treat) once in a while for added protein and to help wear down her teeth. She does have fresh veg as well. I plan to start feeding meal worms soon I just need to buy some! She seems really happy and healthy on this diet! For the meal worms, are you feeding fresh or dried ones? Xx

I'm going to feed him dried mealworms

( I couldn't stand fresh ones!! )
