There's a ton of good foods to feed hamsters, there's good hamster treats you can buy in shops and you can even make your own treats!
Some treats I recommend are
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Honey treat sticks
- Small amounts of brown bread
- Yogurt, Milk, Chocolate and Honey drops
- Chicken, Milk or Plain Dog biscuits
- Plain cereal e.g. Cheerios, Plain Shreddies, Plain Shredded Wheat, Cornflakes
- Dried fruit
Good luck with Elsa! ♥

Elsa is a Syrian isn't she? A bit of fruit is usually ok for Syrians it's dwarf hammies that are mostly prone to diabetes.

Re: Hammie snack help
I've given some past hams plain cooked spaghetti, and it was a big hit.
Dried fruit usually has a lot of sugar in it, to make it taste really sweet. So yeah, only feed it sparingly.
