Hazel Hamster is a great food; it's one of the favorites here on the forum. It's very good for diabetes-prone species like hybrids, as it doesn't have any high-sugar ingredients. It does have corn, which should be moderated (keep it between 2-3 pieces per feeding or so) bit otherwise doesn't need any alterations.
oxbow is good too, it's has no sugar and is nutritionally complete, though slightly low on protein.
I give my two hams a mix of oxbow and hazel hamster. I've been using the same bag of Hazel for about two months now and I've still got quite a lot left. So it goes quite a long way.
I'm not sure about the carefresh diet, but I THINK it has cane molasses in it, if I remember correctly.
My hams both love the ecotrition cheese chews, but they do contain sugar, so I'd be very sparing giving it to a hybrid. You may want to look for sugar-free chews like Whimzees.
