what healthy treats to give?

Hi guys. I have had my hamster about a week now, and she loves veggies like carrot and cucumber. I was wondering what other treats are good to giver her, and how often? I don't want her to get fat and unhealthy but I like treating her to nice foods. Thanks

To give you an idea my two Syrians have the below in their treats draw. I give them a tiny bit (finger nail sized) of one of the treats each evening. They also have a bit of veg about 3 times a week.Meal worms, millet spray, dog biscuits (check there's no onion in the recipe) small amount of dried fruit, monkey nuts in shell, shop bought naturals range seed bars. Naturals treat log.
There are huge lists on here that tell you what you can and can't feed your hamster. Check that out too. And remember to introduce new foods slowly.

-Baby food, usually the porridge
-Walnuts
-Pumpkin seeds
-Millet sprays
-Dog milky bones
-Mealworms
-Hamster popcorn
-Scratter mix from rat rations
-Grapes
-Mini flavoured rice cakes
