Default Are these plants safe?

Hello everyone. I know there probably already is thread like tis somewere, it's just that I can't manage to find it.

So, as spring is approatching fastly and I do have a window facing southeast, I got the idea to grow plants on my window bench for my bunny. Basically I have rye, wheat and triticale and will feed it to my rabbit as soon as it grows about 8-10 centimeters. It is OK to feed small portions of those to rabbits, and I was thinking if it would be OK to give tiny portions (like panicle or two) to my hamsters as well. Is it safe?

Thanks in advance,
-Marko

There is a list of Safe & unsafe plants in the Wiki - see the navigation section near top left of page. It's under Hamster Health & Husbandry. The grain plants that you are asking about aren't mentioned as far as I can see, so I can't help further, but hopefully someone else will know & post a reply for you.

Well, both Rye and Wheat are grains, and seeing as Triticale is a hybrid of the two, I'd say all three are safe. But I could be wrong.
