Tonight Tony is going to make a fruit salad so Willow may get a small piece of apple and banana. I'm sure when she wakes up she will like her little treat.

Tonight it will be plain mashed potato.

Oh that's nice of them to get a yogurt drop when you go to bed.

You could always use them to make baked potatoes with, or once cooked put a sprinkle of cheese on top and put under the grill. Or use them for mash instead of normal potatoes. Or roast them and have with your roast dinner. Or mix with swede and mash up. They're quitte tricky to peel though!

Problem is I don't really like the taste of them! I'm the same with parsnips and swede, sweet vegetables don't work for me

What if they were in something? Like inside a shepherd's pie, or mixed in with pasta sauce?
