I don't think there is anything there that hams can't have, I wouldn't feed the sweet ones to dwarf or chinese hamsters though

The lactose in cows milk is a sugar that some humans and animals can`t tolerate, so I wouldn`t feed baby food to a hamster unless it was suggested by a vet. I`m sure there are animal formulated soft foods that are better suited if they really require them during times of old age, post operative or palliative care reasons. Baby food won`t do a lot of harm, they are just not needed if the hamster had a good dry mix and had little extras that come from mealworms, a little piece broken off from a rodent friendly yoghurt drop (Pets At Home sell yoghurt drops for small animals) that can be fed in moderation, but not a whole one as some brands can be quite big in size. I break a very small piece off and feed as a treat only. The ones I have are called Pets At Home Apple Drops. My wee robo loves them, but he only gets tiny robo sized pieces!
