Re: Baby food?
Personally I'd avoid it because of the onion to be honest

Re: Baby food?
I agree. It has onion added. I would only feed sloppy food like this if my hamster was very ill or couldn`t eat his normal mix. They don`t need it otherwise.

Re: Baby food?
I wouldn't because of the onion but I'll occasionally feed mine baby food as a treat because it's different flavours and textures to their normal food and they enjoy it. Mine tend to prefer the more savoury foods

Re: Baby food?
I agree, anything of the onion family (e.g. leeks, garlic, shallots) should be avoided when feeding hammies.
I myself have only tried baby food once, and none of mine liked it. The only wet foods they like is tinned cat food (I use high quality natural ones like Applaws kitten, none of that Whiskas and Felix crap), porridge and this mush I make with budgie seed, dog mixer biscuit, mealworms and banana. These they like and are all safe and nutritious.
