It does seem to be a bit low in protein, but you could supplement that with a couple of dried mealworms in the dish.
Plus if you have an older hamster, it's better not to fill them full of too protein-rich foods.
I did notice that it's really high in fibre though. I'm not sure if that is good for them or no, but I've surmised that a good percentage of fibre is around 7 - 10% from reading articles and food analysis.
Although it has a bit too much corn and wheat for my liking, it doesn't look like a bad food. It offers some good variety, and appears to be made of up of nice whole foods as opposed to cheap processed cereal biscuits.
