Default Are these foods healthy?

i have links to 2 different kinds of foods. i have a syrian hamster. can you please click on links, read the ingredients and tell me if these are healthy and if so, which one is better.

i thnk the vita smart one looks better

all the ingredients seem fine, im a bit unsure about the food colouings they both have tho

Vita Smart is the better one, although the protein and fat is still slightly on the lower side. This is easy to remedy though. It doesn't seem like there are any sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or any sort of nuts, so you can supplement with these. For example, few sunflower seeds a day, one peanut a week, or a few mealworms a week, will help bring protein and fat up to a good level. Just don't overdo on the treats or else your ham will get fat.
