Default Is hazel hamster food & vitakraft vita smart food good?

I just recently read info on hamster foods and what is healthy and what's not. I also read that the food should have about 16% protein, 4-5% fat and 12% fiber. I also read that sunflower seeds are not that good if given too much. I tried oxbow healthy handfuls because it seems like the healthiest food available and the GA was right. But my hamster wouldn't even touch it. So I bought a bag of vitakraft vita smart and hazel hamster food. The vitakraft has 16% protein, 3% fat and 10% fiber. It also has omegas, fatty acids and essential vitamins and no sunflower seeds. The hazel hamster food has 18% protein, 5% fat and 9% fiber. It has no added suger but it does have sunflower seeds but I was just going to take the sunflower seeds out. I'm just wondering if these are healthy foods for him? He's my first hamster and he's my baby, I want him to live a longer life than the expected lifespan. Only thing I'm having trouble with is knowing what food to give him that is very healthy for him. If anyone can give me some advice on these two foods I'd really appreciate it! Thanks

Hi,
Is your hammy is Syrian ? I have Syrian and live in the uk and we have your hazel hamster equivalent and is called Harry hamster which most of hamster owners recommend and feed their hammy. I personally feed my Syrian 50/50 Harry hamster and burgess dwarf mix.
I'm sure soon people come along tell their favourite food. I'd say you should state your hamster breed.
Good luck for your brand new hammy
