Question Dog biscuits

Found these Lolo Dog Biscuits - £0.03 : ratRations.com but confused - under the ingredients list it has "typical analysis" and one of them is raw Ash ... Is that normal for dog biscuits, or are these a no no?

Default Re: Dog biscuits

Many pet foods have ash on the label, e.g. Burgess dwarf food has 6% ash labelled. It seems from looking at various pet food sites that this represents the mineral content which is determined in the lab by burning the food and measuring the residue, hence ash
