Harry Hamster is the staple - I add vitamin drops to it, which is about the only change I make.

Normally they're also on regular porridge (with Lactol); beans; fresh veg; pasta; tofu - as well as treats!

Harry Hamster!! And chicken, rice, pasta, cooked potato etc (all depends on what I'm cooking) and fresh fruit and veg. And a bonio puppy milky biscuit once a week.

And of course yoghurt drops as bribes when needed

Mine are on a local pet shop brand which I love and have porridge and baby food twice a week and fruit and veg every couple of days.

I have harry hamster and P@H food. Bits of fruit and veg, small animal treat like the little flavour drops from P@H naturals range. Small pieces of biscuit, tiny bits of meat very occasionally, monkey nuts occasionally. Never lettace or greens only if they aren't passing stools I give them that.

Mine have harry hamster, although they have been on a bit off wagg this week because i couldnt get to the pet shop. I think im going to have to buy more bags because 1 bag lasts me a week at the mo! Plus im away next week and i have 7 hams in 4 different places (Minni and Belle and Chip are staying at home with my dad, Dale and Lola are going to my mums and Angel is going to my friends because they love each other and Ted is comming with me because he needs his baytril everyday and i have a special method of giving it to him)

My hams have harry hamster always available and get treats like baby rice, veg, chicken, egg etc every other night. I keep giving Chip egg to give her more protein with her having diabetes now.

Mine have Harry Hamster

They get "other" food daily too. They usually get breakfast and then an evening meal Breakfast is usually either some cereal, a bit of toast, a bit of bread or some fruit. Their evening meal is usually either baby food, porridge, a vegetable or something like that.

Spoilt? Of course not

I'm afraid I don't like Harry Hamster - Herbert left most of it and so did Tinkerbell - especially the big black coloured things.

I know how awful the Reggie Rat food is for rats so this knowledge also put me off a little I think!

So I feed a mixture of grains / flakes from Holland & Barrett mixed in with PAH Premium Hamster Food for the time being. If I can get hold of some Xtra Vital hamster food I'd like to use that but it seems to be very rare around here and not that easy to get hold of on-line either. I'd prefer to not shop at PAH at all so am seeking viable alternatives but most places do HH and little else. I will probably make my own food up otherwise from scratch and add broken up Burns dog kibble for the protein component.

They get fresh veggies and various extras regularly too of course.
