Default Corn-On-The-Cob

Just wanted to get the opinions of others here about those sweetcorn sticks they sell in Pets At Home? Saw a thread on here yesterday warning about the health risks of having a fruit stick in the cage, so removed the one I had given George. Surely sweetcorn is a healthy thing for him to chew on?

As far as I knew fruit sticks were fine in moderation... And we've got sweetcorn in the ham cages at the mo.

My syrian used to like these dried sweetcorn cobs that are sold in pet shops, but thse days, I buy fresh sweetcorns from the supermarket, refrigerate them and slice off strips of corn as needed as an additional food. It`s so funny watching a syrian chew a nibblet of corn and then `flick` away the skin!
