Porridge/oats are great - you can sprinkle the dry oats on their food or what i did was put a separate bowl in with porridge (obviously mixed with water not milk - my old ham used to wait for it to solidify and take it to his nest haha).
There's also adding a little more meat to his diet i.e. bits of chicken or more mealworms.

Hello EvansHams,

There are a lot of high fat seeds I could suggest but that would not be a healthy diet.

How old is your ham?
Is your ham healthy other than loosing weight?.
Have you looked at the hams teeth to see if there is a problem like them being too long so can not eat so well?
Is your ham eating all of the HH or leaving certain bits?
