Default Not eating some days

My hamster didn't eat yesterday. She's been eating really well lately since getting on her new food. It's really weird for the last week she'll crawl into her food bowl and sniff around looking for food it seems then leaves with none. It's underneath her, so I don't know why she seems to act like she can't find it. She'd either smell it, feel it, or see it.
She's fine if I hand each piece to her. She looks to have eaten a bit of food since I did that this morning.
So, I took her food bowl out and am putting it in her storage place for her. She usually loves storing her food. She'll store it all from the food bowl then run back and sniff around inside the bowl looking for more.
Is this weird?
Would you call that an off day?

If it is just one day I wouldn't worry. She is probably eating from her food stores.

It sounds like she was looking for her favourite bits from the bowl and realised there weren't any.

It doesn't sound like anything you should worry about. Often hamsters will eat just from their stores and leave some bits of food lying around.

I keep very close track on her food so I can tell if she ate any or not. She was having issues with her appetite earlier, but perked up on this food. I'm just hoping she doesn't stop eating again. My chinchilla is currently having issues. So I'm already high strung from that. And getting no sleep.
She's been stubborn some days with her food so I didn't give her anymore and she did eat the ones she apparently didn't want. I dug out a pumpkin seed from the bag of food and gave her it. She certainly stuffed that in her mouth and ran to her house to eat it. It would appear pumpkin seeds are her favorite.
She puts small seeds and food she is going to eat very soon in her left pouch and food she stores in her right.
So far today it looks like she raided the seeds and ran off leaving the rest.

Dusty's like that. He'll only eat what he likes and is spoiled. I find Silver's mixes are very good. Mine love them. If its not exactly what he wants he'll turn his little head away or take it and immediately spit it onto the floor. Have you tried scatter feeding her?

I'd just trust her.
Our Scamp used to refuse to drink more than once every 2-3 days. She was fine and I bet your ham just does the same with eating. If it looks healthy then it probably is

Don't bother her stores either or she'll get stressed.
