Ya, too bad Silver's mix is not in the US
Considering the slim pickings in the US, that is why I added to the mix I use based on things I read here and other sources.

Yeah, Silver, I wish I could get yours here in the U.S. I have written down the ingredients and go to Whole Foods and try to make a mix like it, but I have no idea if the percentages are right. The hamsters commercial mixes here don't taste good my hammies say. I buy Hazel Hamster and have yet to get any of them to eat it! I also mix in Carefresh Complete, and a couple others. They get one dish of commercial mix, and one dish of my mix, with fresh vegetables on top. I add Tofu, wheat germ, baby food chicken or turkey too. They all eat good, but I wonder.......

Do you winnow your seeds Silver?

No there is no need to clean the seeds. It is a waste of money.

Yes you need to store it preferably in a container that can be sealed, & away from any threat of vermin getting to it. In a cool dry place.
