Food review thread!!

Hiyaaa guys, so people can get some idea on the foods for Syrians & Dwarfs.

Please state what food you use and why you use it and also does your hamster eat all of it?

Would you recomend it?

If you make your own, why do you?

Give the Pro's and Con's, so basically evaluate it.

It should be done in the same format as Cage revieew thread.

I'm sorry but there are already about 50 threads discussing this that are easily found with the search feature. I'm really not sure this is needed and actually find that reading multiple threads gives a much clearer idea than when its all consolidated into one.

I can do this for our food if you want, but I really don't think its needed.

Yes but the mixes in most of them has changed somewhat.

For example the P@H mix doesnt have some of the same ingrediants now.

Er... I checked over every food thread on this site less than six months ago and the views on all food have been pretty consistent.
P@H stuff is still horrible, harry hamster has changed a bit but is still a good food, same goes for burgess e.t.c.

I was researching our hams diet and spent an entire day just reading every food thread I could find, so really can be sure about how much opinions/things have changed over time on here.

As I've said, I'll contribute if you want and can discuss our current food, P@H normal muesli and P@H nuggets happily, but I just really don't see a need for it.

You might not but others might find it useful and easier to just find it at the top of a page.

I think what Sam means is it is easier just to search with the provided search bar rather than clog up the forum with repeated threads.
