Default Tesco vs. Harry

I read somewhere that Tescos (normal, not value) food is pretty good... but is Harry Hamster better?
I've got a bag of each here at the moment, and the nutritional content and ingredients are very different - what percentage of protein, fibre, oil etc. is optimum for dwarf hamsters? (I know that they need low sugar, however neither bag states the sugar content)
I want to give them the best food possible - even if it means making a home made mix, which I do for my rats, mice and gerbils.
