Thanks for the replies! Very interesting to hear about the home made mixes.

Am currently just trying to wean her over to the Supahamster off her existing mix, which seems pretty bad (the Wagg one - it contains syrup!!)

I`ve never used Wagg but if it contains syrup it`s definately best avoided Sarah. I wouldn`t even bother weaning her off it I would just make the switch! Hamster mixes are not that different that they would cause any upset anyway. They are dry foods so won`t really make a difference to her appetite or tummy. I switched my chinese hamster over without leaving some of her old mix in and she was fine.
