Default Supplementing Harry Hamster?

I'm looking for ways to add more variety to my HH. I currently add bits of veg (broccoli, carrot etc.) three times a week and add 1-3 mealworms when I refill her bowl (which is about every 2-3 days as she takes ages to empty her bowl!). I also add a piece of millet or give it as a treat. What else could I add to the mix? I'm thinking of adding trill budgie seed and either science selective or PAH nuggets. Do these sound like good additions? And I was also thinking of adding a pinch of porridge oats when I refill her food. Would this be good too? Thanks

To give you an idea, my harry hamster mix has in it- mixed millet seeds, buckwheat, hemp, linseeds, apple cubes, parsnip flakes, banana chips, broken up brazil nuts, cheerios, egg biscuit, porridge oats, mealworms and mixed bell pepper flakes
