I usually brake mine up because Panda tends to eat the whole thing all in one go but I suppose if they take their time with it (unlike Panda ) then I'm sure giving a whole one would be fine.

My Chinese eats them and they obviously last a long time with her. However, they are more of a boredom breaker for my Syrian. She eats a little of it but she strips most of it off and likes to hide it around her cage.

She also seems to enjoy sleeping with it
