Question Selecting proper baby food

I know baby food seems to go well with hams here, and I really want to get some for my lot. From quick browsing in my nearest supermarket and pharmacy, a lot of baby food is either fruit there or contains onion powder (and vinegar, or other things I don't want to give my hams).

I've been looking on-line to get an idea of what I should be looking for. What would you say about something like these?
2nd Dinners | EarthsBest

For example, Chicken & Brown Rice Country Dinner
Chicken & Brown Rice Country Dinner | EarthsBest
Ingredients: Water, Organic Butternut Squash, Organic Ground Chicken, Organic Corn, Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice.

Do I have the correct idea of picking foods with few ingredients? I have a Whole Foods (natural/organic foods supermarket) nearby, and I plan to look there for something of that sort.

All the ones on the first link seem to contain carrot, apples, corn or garlic. Don't you have diabetic prone hamsters? (or is that someone else? )

The second one looks fine, although butternut squash should only be given in small quantities.

You could always make your own?

Chewbacca had one similar to the second one towards the end of his life that he liked very much and I thought was pretty hearty for him. Lucky he didn't eat much at that point anyway, as I didn't realise Butternut Squash should be given in moderation. Mind you, to spoil him, I had about 4 foods on the go at any one time for variety!

I think so long as you are avoiding the things you are meant to (like those you listed) you will pick one fine .
