Harry hamster, with added linseed, meal worms, budgie seed, porridge oats, (and with some corn removed as I think it is just a filler, and most sunflower seeds removed and used as treats)
Treats are hidden bunches of millet in their cage, in addition to a few sunflower seeds (about 5-10 a week), markies, milk bones and dari

Gosh where do I start?

Main meal consists of Harry Hamster with pumpkin seeds added..

Treats ( fed every two days one of the below)
milk drops
yoghurt drops
banana chips
alfafa chips
Berry drops
carrot biscuits

Once a week they have a markies dog biscuit and three monkey nuts
Twice a week they have a spoonful of ready brek fed to them by spoon ( soya milk is used)

Twice a week they have a piece of veg or fruit.. apple, carrot, broccoli, peas( favourite)

And occasionally they have rice or pasta,

Now and again they will have a small piece of welsh cake or some raisins..

My & my sons hamsters eat Natures Feast hamster food & Burgess Dwarf Supahamster food.

They have treats maybe twice or three times a week, such as beetroot sticks, yoghurt/milk drops, cheese.

They have fresh vegetables twice a week, favourites are broccoli & peas.

The Syrians get a piece of banana now & again.

They all love pasta & egg noodles too, again just given occasionally.

Cookie (Syrian) has a mixture of Burgess Supahamster and Harry Hamster at the moment, but once Harry is finished it'll just be Burgess. A couple of times a week I sprinkle a little Rodent Garnish on with has stuff like Coconut and shrimp. Veg wise she'll get broccoli, celery, cucumber, peas and green beans with carrot occasionally too. She'll have a small bit of boiled egg whenever my family has them. For treats she gets a carrot and fennel stick, harvest feast and a few days a week a natural dairy drop and a piece of banana popcorn. She will on occassion have a naturals shrimp cookie which she adores.

Shiloh (chinese) isn't quite so varied at the moment as I'm trying to find things without sugar in them, which is actually quite difficult. She has Burgess Supahamster with peas, corn, banana etc taken out. For veg she has a bit of broccoli, cucumber and celery. For treats, a dandelion stick and a shrimp cookie. She too gets boiled egg when possible.

They'd get mealworms if I could bear to touch them

ETA: Cookie also gets Monkey nuts once a week. How could I forget that? She goes berserk for them!

One spoon of harry hamster plus science selective with added oats, mealworms, millet, cat biscuits, broken cracker, daily. I usually take the sunflower seeds and sweetcorn out and give them to him as one of his treats.
Fresh veg every two or so days- usually broccoli, herbs or dandelions
A very small treat daily, half a yoghurt drop, a seed, a small raisin etc
Porridge/ ready brek every two weeks
Dog biscuit once a month (Markies or shapes)

Back briefly, net is down lol,
Fred is on pets at home muslei with added burgess mix, also monkey nuts normally on his kabob. He gets chewy sticks, ATM the dandelion one with egg, seeds, nut and cerial,

Mishka I made my own mix for as she could become diabetic.
500g portage oats
500g pearl barley
2x trill box
1x Wilko seed bag
About 300g of dried mealworms
A bag of broken up science selective food
A few peanuts chopped really small added, she will not get the peanuts everyday tho as they are only afew lil bits in a huge tub,
I wish to put Fred to that diet too, after his own mix
Is done.

I use Kaytee brand Forti-diet Pro-health mix for the main constituent of my hams diet. I also supplement their diet sparingly with a variety of treats, including:
Nuts & Seeds
Fruits and Veggies,
Crickets and Mealworms
Treats/chews made from compressed alfalfa or carrots (or similar)

I have recently taken to baking my own hamster "cookies" after I saw a thread posted on Hamster Central about this

On rare occasions I give my hams yogurt drops too. Usually like once a week or every other week. I try to avoid processed foods with sugar and preservatives all together, but my girls love these little treats and I love to make them happy.

The final component of my hamster diet is multivitamin supplement added to the water and their probiotic supplement. I use benebac pet gel for my hamsters. It is great for preventing hams from developing stomach problems like diarrhea, especially if your ham is sensitive to stress or new foods! Plus my hams LOVE it! I give them a little dollop every 7-10 days or so.
