Here's a pic of Gloria greedily enjoying her probiotics! She always used to try to steal the tube or break it open!

I have to admit that I don't keep a record of what I feed the hamsters or when, and I never have! For their main diet they get a hamster mix of some sort, at the moment it is a generic muesli one from our local pet shop, looks very much like Harry Hamster, and they also get a little of a dwarf mix I still have from when I had Mouse. They also get a complete food biscuit who's name I can't remember - heart shaped and light coloured. As treats they have, yoghurt drops, egg biscuit, hamster markies, apple flavoured 'biscuits', monkey nuts, and a selection of the Naturals type ranges including pillow type biscuits, carrot treats, beetroot treats etc. They also have veg, pasta, chicken, ham, baby food and weetabix, can't remember anything else! I don't give them things on certain days or so many times a week but they tend to get a treat of some sort most day, making sure the 'bad' stuff like yoghurt drops is not given more than twice a week. I think I tend to have a much more laid back attitude to my animal care now and don't worry too much about what they do or don't get (making sure they are properly cared for of course!) and it seems to work for me and all my animals who stay healthy and happy!

Edited to add: I tried giving Fred scrambled egg a while back and he totally freaked out about it, and I mean seriously so, I guess he didn't like the smell!!

Mine get Harry Hamster and SupaBurgess mixed together as a main diet, with a small amount of porridge oats mixed in. For treats they get sunflower seeds, millet spray, markies, broccoli or carrot, though not altogether of course. Occasionally I give them beans or baby food but they make such a mess with it, lol.

Harry hamster and burgess hamster harvest mixed together, with added lentils, dried herbs, pearled barley, porridge oats, trill, plain crackers, and wild bird seed, as their main diet.
Treats.. hehe i have a whole box full of them ^^ Lots of nuts and seeds (sunflower seeds, pine nuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds..), dried fruit (strawberry, apple, banana, and raisins), sugary treats (chocolate/milk/yoghurt treats, cheese treats), and dog biscuits (markies, bonios, bakers allsorts..) and of course fresh fruit and veg (whatever is in the fridge) and sometimes a bit of plain yoghurt or some babyfood as a treat. Cooked pasta, boiled rice, boiled egg occasionally

I give Roberto:

For main meal: Hamster food from Pets at Home, but as everyone seems to give their hammies Harry Hamster I will need to try it.

Treats: Fresh carrots, lettuce, apples, green beans, meal worms, alfalfa treats, hazelnuts, dried fruit & seeds sticks (favourites).
I'll try this week with a bit of cucumber and some peas.
