I found this info on mealworms as ive been researching everything for my dwarf hamster mix's.

Protein 60%
Fat 24%
Fibre 4.5%
Moisture 8%
Ash 3.5%

Charlie also loves mealworms - I feed him Supahamster Dwarf Hamster Harvest and there are never any mealworms left in his bowl the next morning.

There aren't very many mealworms in the mix though, so I might do what some of you do and buy some from P@H or Wilko, to add into his food and feed as treats.

P.P.S. I've found that you can get 100g (approx. 2800) dried mealworms for £3.49 at P@H.

If anyone is s.e London pm me I know a great place I got a decent size tub for 1.99!
They had the huge tubs for about £6.99 and that would be thousands of them

I got the small one just to try them 1st

Hi I am new to this forum I give my hamsters 4 a week 6 to Bonnie as she is only 8 wks old I buy mine from B&M dried for 89p for 75g hope this helps.
