Default Veggies?

I'm a first time hamster owner, and was just wondering what veggies can they eat? I've had Phoebe 3 days and so far she's had tiny pieces of apple and carrot because thats what it says in the care leaflet. I was wondering if there are any other veggies she can have? We have a guinea pig, so our fridge is well stocked! Any suggestions would be appreciated
