Im not very educated on hamster diets really, but it sounds good, although i'd try to change the water every day, i wouldn't like to have the same water for two days! - stagment water isn't nice, or good, although after a day it wouldn't be too bad but even so! Change every day is better Thats all im sure on for the diet

Personally, I only feed yogurt drops twice a week and change the water every day. Other than that, I'd say it's good.

I wouldn't give as many of those choco drops as you give... I only give one of those a week.

Also be careful with giving dwarfy fruit (and carrots).

Other than it sounds ok. I find it so hard to keep track of what I give Sen. Sometimes she's just so cute and deserves an extra seed or two! Haha!

Thanks for the advice so far I will take on that advice and change their water bottles everyday.
I will also reduce the milk/choc drops to 2 a week.
I was always told that it was RC and WW dwarfs that couldn't have fruit and that it was ok with robos ? But I'm not sure now.

Its sounds alright to me, just maybe reduce some of the more sugary treats and replace with healthier options

I would also give honey treat bars less as they are really awful for a hamsters teeth (better to give every few months)

I think that's right, although you avoid them with chineses too (for future people reading), I wouldn't give too much fruit anyway, but a little is ok, (I think!)
Robos are at a much lower risk of diabetes than the other dwarf species though. (although pure winterwhites are also a lower risk, but they are fairly rare, and most sold as WW are hybrids so people usually just put them in there for the people who have hybrids masquerading as WWs )
