How to make my ham gain weight?

Hy guys!

I wonder if you guys could give me tips on how could I give my hammies a food that will make them gain weight.
They're ill with ticks (they're being treated with my vet) and by that they lost weight and I was wondering if you would help me making a list of what I can give that will make them eat more calories and be stronger to go thru this illness as good as they can.

I normaly feed them with theyr regular hamster "ration"(is that a right word?) food, banana, apple, dog cookies and dog's grass.

What more can I give??

I just throw them on the pan and scramble until they get done or I put olive oil to cook it??

And if I cook the egg in the water?

These are mealworms. For the scrambled eggs, I have nooo idea how you even cook them. I'm 15 and the only thing I can make is instant noodles.
