How much to give her?
Luna seems to be wasting a lot of food, or at least I'm chucking out a lot. It's not just the stuff that she doesnt like either (except alfalfa pellets lol!) and I think its because I'm giving her way too much.
How much food to you put in your hamsters bowl or scatter food and how often? IE the main hamster food/mix.

I feed Snickers one tablespoon per day. I've found this to be a good amount, she makes a store but it's not too big so I don't waste alot. I've got no problem with throwing away a small amount of food as it's her instinct to make a store.

Forgot to say, neither of my guys eat the alfalfa pellets but they are not essential tbh so it doesn't bother me.

Luna's food store at the moment consists of two savic tubes - one elbow and one of the short tubes (both totally full)... Most of which i will have to throw away 
I'm not bothered about the alfalfa pellets, in the new food I've got there are hardly any in there which is good.
I'll do one tablespoon from now on, thank you

It's quite a small pic but Snickers spreads her store out along the larger blue tube at the top.
Snickers is a small ham so you may find Luna needs a little more (maybe 1 and a half spoons) just keep an eye on her store until you think it is a suitable amount.

Hehehe, yup, thats what Luna's is like except it its the short tube and an elbow that she uses (I have the eblow blocked with an end cap as she was blocking it with bedding anyway, gives her extra room on one shelf). And of course they are both completely full lol!

hehe Thanks It hasn't looked like that for a while. With her having Cushings she doesn't really have many toys incase they cut her It's okay though as she's a big fan of her Wodent Wheel.
