I think it is fine. Although ensure it's thoroughly washed. I think the reason people cook the corn first is to get rid of any paracites or fungi that might be in it (although I don't think there would really be any...). I had a look on google (as I've only every fed Sen cooked corn or dried corn) and people have suggested feeding raw corn to hamsters.
I can't see why not, as if they came across it in the wild they would eat it.
