I agree with Hope, I usually give my Hammies' a couple a Day, but myne are dried.. So i would probably give Live Mealworms once a Day.. As they may have more content too them..Well thats what I think  Goood Luck  ! x

I gave Molly one yesterday and she LOVED it! It was a dried one, don't think I could cope with a live one! She did her squinty eye thing she does when something is really tasty
