Are these foods ok for hamsters?

I want to broaden the variety of food my hams get, as the fresh bits in our fridge doesnt go very far as mum doesnt like the fact half of its going to the hamsters
So...
is all type of millet ok? (Japanese, Panicum, Red, White - i found its ok for birds)
Groats?
Nigerseed?
Black rapeseed?
and aniseed oil?
hehe have never heard ofhalf of them but my ones have started getting just normal millet which you can find in the birdy section but never knew there was this much !!
