I think it is best to store them all in airtight boxes Hadla. With the bags it is easy to leave a little gap. Just remember to put the lid on securely when you have finished feeding.

This is the first I have heard about these little black bugs, Hammis's treats are in a cardboard box and I have had no problem with these bugs.

The bugs tend to be more of a problem in summer. They can be found in human food too such as flour (flour beetles) and cereals left open in cupboards. You don't tend to notice them unless you look for them as they are quite small and tend to live near the bottom of the pack. They can be brought in from pet shops which bag and store their own food which is why we tend to go for the sealed packs processed by the manufacturer however you can still get them. If you want to try an experiment leave some food out in a box in the shed for a long while and they will soon find it Minicooper!

Just had a look at the bottom of hammis's treats and there seems to be some little black things, first I thought it was a bit of dirt, but now I am not too sure, The treats are in a cardboard box. I put them in the bin, I'll have to get some more treats when I visit the pet shop next.
