Re: cereals
as a general rule, nothing with any sugar or frosting. Go for no sugar orgainic types of rice puffs, flakes etc. They can be added to their usual mix.

Re: cereals
I give them the crunchy whowheat flakes in my breakfast fruit muesli. Or a dried piece of banana if I find one (though I like those too lol)

Re: cereals
All our hammies love Rice Krispies, Shreddies, Cheerios, Cornflakes & Wheat Puffs.
Gizmo goes mad for Rice Krispies the most.

Re: cereals
They can have milk in small quantities mixed in mwith something like weetabix or porridge.
But the main danger is milk on its own going sour and if they have too much.
Soya milk, cats milk and milk powder designed for nursing puppies is better to use.
But if your like me and have none of those, then a little bit (no more than a teaspoon) mixed into porridge or weetabix is perfectly fine.
I think some people like to feed bran flakes
