We had another interaction tonight, she didn't want out. I caught most of it on film, and astonishingly she snuggled on my hand for 2 minutes after her treats were gone!

Then she bit me and was done. They're definitely intentional, hopefully we can work through that.

Cupcake looks like a different hamster now her fur is white. These videos are so sweet and touching. I love the way you talk to her. It is heart warming.

Cupcake is a right little Diva. Things are happening on her terms only. I love spirited hamsters.

I think it's accentuating her features, her eyes look more pronounced and she seems more round. Or else I'm not seeing it :O

We had a very good interaction tonight, and totally on her terms. Cupcake didn't feel like snuggling or playing. She came over and climbed on me a bit then left. I gave her a sunflower seed and let her do her thing. I'm glad she's showing me she's not interested without a bite. Hoping that keeps up!

Hey, she wanted to play later tonight! Came over and pawed at me. I was welcome in the sandbath, and got her to play a little chase with a sunflower seed. The Queen looks great on top of her castle!

Another really good interaction, and no bites for the second time. I think we've been able to rebuild a decent amount of trust.

What an adorable picture! I also think her eyes show up more. It is so nice she is communicating without biting you.

I couldn't believe my eyes tonight, Cupcake was looking for me much in the same manner Pearl used to. I was dumbfounded!!! I caught the end, my heart is melting. We're starting to bond.

Cupcake was ecstatic to see me again, and came running over to say hi. I thought she was being quirky and whipping out seeds on her wheel now.

She actually managed to get a sunflower shell stuck on her foot

Well thank goodness we've built up trust again. I was able to gently lift the nesting box up and she did climb onto my hand. We got the shell off, and gave her the seed inside
