It could be that the protruding eye isn't giving her proper vision and that things are a bit blurry.
Is she getting treatment for her eye?

No, do you think she should see the vet? I just assumed it was old age, maybe a tumor growing behind it? If eye looks really bad I was going to bring her in, but it's just protruding a little for months now, doesn't seem to bother her

If it doesn't seem to be bothering her, then leave it. Just be sure to make her cage more easier to get around.
