My Winter White hamster licking my hand??

She lives with a Russians Campells Dwarf hamster and everytime I put Tea (the RCD) back she starts sniffing her too. I wonder why?

just to see if you are good or bad its adorable as you feel it but its not wet because there toungs are so small. it tickles! its perfectly normal
