Hello!
I am new to this forum and this is only my second post. You can read some more about me in the introduction-section of this forum. Now - on to the tiny little man of the hour! This fluffball is my winter white Puff.
These pictures were taken in the first week that we had him, and the layout has since changed. I got him on the 2nd of February, and he is now about 3 months old.
We learned as recently as yesterday that he has a mild form of star gazing, that could progress further as he grows older. Alas, my first hamster turns out to be a special little hamster. I am in the process of planning a redoing of his cage to suit his special needs, making sure that he will not hurt himself on anything. Luckily, I've dealt with reptiles my whole life, and reptiles are quite the demanding little creatures so I have some experience with special needs.
He was very tame and cuddly already when we got him home, and if he feels like coming out of the cage he will come running straight into my hand when I put it down. However, as a star gazer, he has his good and bad days and sometimes he is a bit more biting than other days.
I am looking forward to sharing my own and Puffs' journey here on this forum, and getting to know all of you!
