Ive posted about this girl in another section here, but thought she deserved her own little post . This is my new little lady, Bones(I love the tv series "Bones" haha) Anywho let me tell you a little about her...
I posted an ad of Craigslist wanting to give a nice loving spoiled home to any dwarf in need. I get an email from a lady saying she has 4 little babies who would be weaned in the next 2 weeks or so. I reply black saying of course id take them! Who dosnt love baby hams? .. So we talk back a forth for the next few weeks until they where weaned and ready to leave to the new home. The weekend I was able to get them she email me saying someone wanted the 2 baby males but I could have the male and female siblings that where left. Then before I could answer she send another email saying "actually, do you want mom and dad too? We are tired of having babies all the time", and again another email before I cold reply saying "well actually do you just want mom and the 2 babies?"... Well I couldnt resist knowing mom wan never separated from dad so she was having litter after litter after litter.. So I went and piked them up after arranging a time to get them. Of course mom was still in with dad until last weekend(when I picked them up) I have found a lovely home already for the 2 babies(2 very good friends of mine) and it now appears my new baby girl may appear pregnant again! I got her so she can finally retire and let her body get a rest from all these babies! Shes 8 months old and has had babies for the past few months non stop. The lady thought it was cruel to separate her from the male because they where bonded.. Im 80% positive she may be pregnant because she is pretty big in the belly area.. I was thinking maybe she was just a chunky girl but that seems unlikely haha. So this will be her last litter(if she is indeed pregnant right now) and I will be keeping her, she wont be rehomed. She is pretty skiddish but is the sweetest hamster I have at the moment

Poor little girl, no wonder you took her! There's lots of information & help on here, if you've not already posted in other sections asking for help about her possible pregnancy. She looks lovely.

Ok thanks!! Also not sure if I need to post this somewhere else, but in the first picture you can see her loonnggg nails.. Is there a way I can cut them without hurting her?

I can't believe that lady >.> She should have done her research. Seems like she was treating her like a factory :/. Obviously no common sense.

Your a cute girl!.

Some people do trim there dwarfs nails & some take there's to the vets & they trim them. I took Joe to the vets for something else but asked them to trim them & they did.
