Ok so a while ago I asked about robo colours and I'm intrigued to know about cambell and WW colours. This mainly stems from previous experience. About 2/3 years ago now I brought two 'winter white' hamsters from a pet shop. They didn't look a lot like each other and one was what you would call the normal colour (grey-ish but can't remember the correct term...) and the other was an orange/ginger colour. At the time I didn't really know a lot about them, I had read up about them but now after being a member here I realise I didn't know anything! Both of them died within 2 weeks of me getting them for no reason and that, I suppose, is what put me off dwarves for quite a while.
Anyway, would the ginger one have been an actual WW as now I believe that it may have been a hybrid?
Do WW/Cambells come in a large range of colours like Syrians do as I know robos come in different patterns but their colouring is generally the same?
I thought that... I think the reason they passed so quickly may have been because they were hybrids. I always blamed myself but after reading post on here I maybe think it was bad breeding.
After I saw pictures of people's WWs it made me realise that the WW I was sold were probably hybrids.

I love the Dove colour!! And the black and blue colour. I was in P@H the other day and there was a black dwarf in the adoption centre... Was so tempted!!

The only colour not mentioned in WW's is marbled, although its possibly a pattern actually. Its not yet widely established.
