Check on-line for nearby breeders, rescue shelters, stores... ask if they have winter whites. Look at them if they say yes, etc.

P.S.: in that process, you might discover that you'll get attached to a ham that's not a winter white, which is fine too I almost got this girl (in the U.S.) while looking for a W.W.:

Yeah rescue places are also a great place too look i got my Bronte from the RSPCA and she was tame from the start and shes just lovely

Where abouts are you?. The breeders that have the best in health & temperment are from the northan, middland or Southern hamster club.

These hamsters are pure bred for there temperment & to showing hamster quality.

Google it & you will find a list of breeders in your area.
