Default What colour is Robby?

Not that it matters but i've never had a Robo with Robby's colouring before so i'm curious.

Does anyone know what his colouring is called?

He is gorgeous, no idea but now watching this video
ROBOROVSKI COLOURS ~ 2013 Advanced List - YouTube

1:05 sometype of pied?
I'm now trying to work out what Comet is - some type of white faced? I'm sure someone told me on here before, I guess I could ask the rescue about Comet. I was a bit flummoxed when I registered him with the vets when they asked what colour he was ...i think i said brown/grey/white

Thank you for that video link. I must watch it a few times to take it all in. I had no idea that there are so many Robo colours. I had our Gordon and now Monty and then all the foster ones, Freddie, Ivy, Aggie, Frances and now Robby. Aside from Robby i always thought that the others were all agouti but now i'm not sure at all. Monty looks quite light compared to others.

Will be interesting to look into it further. Let us know what colour Comet is once you find out.

I would say that he looks to be an Agouti/Normal Pied.

Here’s a little bit about some of the common Roborovski colours from one of the club breeders: Varieties | Doric Hamstery

She’s been breeding Robos for a good few years and knows the species very well.

Going by Fluffagrams (thank you!) link, Comet is a Husky - Recessive and Robby is a Pied - Recessive, i think.
