New with hammsters
Hi guys
Recently i bought a hammster (2 weeks ago) It's the very small kind, the roborovski.
He is very scared of me, even tho i give him snacks he accepts them very cautiously. Also when i put in my hand lots of food he goes very slowly into it and stuffs it in its mouth.
The probleme is when i try to hold him up or grab him he gets very anxious and starts running like crazy, he even threw himself from my hands from e 1,50m height =( he is fine but he doesnt know how to measure altitudes it seems. Also when i tried to grab him from the ground he was very nervous running around.
I m new in this world of having a hammster as a PET, i enjoy them a lot but idk how to tame one....i'm getting very upset as i dont see the hammster liking me at all, even being gentle and trying to grabhim slowly =(
I will appreciate any help recieved.
