Yay, more Kopi pictures! Her little face in the cup...... melt.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting more pets if you have the means, knowledge and lots of love and time to offer them, which you certainly do. So why not? A horder to me is someone who collects things and doesnt think of the repercussions of taking in that thing, be it an object or animal and that certainly isnt yourself.

Good luck with planning the upgrade for the beautiful little Kopi and any other new additions, who will be lucky to have a home with you.Give both Duncan and Kopi a little loving squish from me. Khali also waves Hi back

Aw! Kopi looks just so sweet in those photos great that taming is going so well too.
It's a bit hard to say from those photos but her nails don't look too bad to me, maybe wait a while longer before trimming.

You obviously take good care of your pets Drago & I don't any of us here would consider you a hoarder! If you can take more animals in & give them all a good loving home then why not

I definitely agree, there's no possible way you're a hoarder! It isn't about quantity of animals, but the overall quality of care that they all receive.

Kopi looks very sweet in those photos. Its very good that she sat contently on your hand having her snack as well as a groom - she obviously feels comfortable in your hand.

You aren't a hoarder - as you take in animals that you know you can take off and provide the best life possible - all your pets are lucky to have you as an owner. Most hoarders don't have the ability to provide the basic care to all the animals they take in.

Aww she's looking great, so sweet with marvellous whiskers

I'm pleased the taming is going so well and she doesn't seem in the least bit camera shy which is lucky for us as we get to see more pics of her yay!

I don't think you're a hoarder at all, it's clear how much you care for your animals and everyone elses from all the helpful posts you make here

Oh... Look at her!! Sigh, don't tempt me. If it was up to me, the house would be full of hamsters, but my mum draws the line at one, seeing as I am going to uni in October and she will have to look after Mushu. One day though, one day... in the mean time, I must live vicariously through your thread.

She is so beautiful and it's wonderful to hear that she is taming up well and starting to sit on you. Love this little girl so much.

I don't think you are a hoarder. You treat all your pets as individuals and love them for who they are, rather than treating them as toys or objects to be collected. I think you should be very proud of the care you provide your animals.

She is adorable and so tiny!

If you finally get the mice, make sure to present them to all HC! I would hoard (or keep a lot of pets, or you name it) if I could, so don't be ashamed! You're probably the cause of a lot of jealous

Thank you all for the consolation- definitely lots of animals in this house though! I'm glad to hear that some people don't seem to think I'm a hoarder.

Kopi has been making more overall progress. Usually she can be a bit skittish when I open her cage up, but lately she's seemed much more comfortable with it. I think she's learned that her cage opening=food and so she waits patiently from a distance. Thank you cypher for the advice on her nails, I'll hold off. She has a tile flipped over where I keep her food and water so I hope that'll help to keep her nails down a bit. I've just realized, I never officially sexed her! I think that will be my goal tonight. I'll share some photos too so I can get second opinions

On the whole mice situation...
Three lovely little ones joined the family! I will be sharing pictures of them soon. I am considering making them their own thread, but I'll have to see if I'll be able to keep up with that
