Right, so, the cage came today...broken 
It really puzzles me as it was wrapped up so well so my guess is that it was damaged before it was sent out.
My mum is ringing Courier now, I'm actually kinda annoyed now becauseI've always had great service from the company and I was really excited for the girls to have extra space but what's done is done
The damage isn't really repairable as it's completely cracked down one corner and a huge chunk of plastic has snapped off so I'm hoping we can get a refund and maybe order it from Amazon who I'm hoping have better delivery.

Oh dear. When I got Sweep's Alexander it arrived damaged and had to wait another week for a new one!! Hope it gets sorted soon ...

My mum is finished on the phone with them and they have said they will bring a replacement round on Thursday and take the broken one away - but I'm still a bit annoyed as we went to P@H earlier to get bedding and toys!

That's so frustrating but not too long till Thursday, fingers crossed it arrives intact & you'll soon be having fun setting it up for the girls.

I can bet it got broken due to lack of care. I'm glad they're bringing a replacement tomorrow, I would check it before the courier leaves.
