It might be handy to remove the tube before it's time for them to go to bed (might be difficult if they go to sleep before you wake)
so to encourage them to make their bed elsewhere, they'll get smelly if they continue to use the tube as a toilet and a bed. Do you have a toilet area for them to use, they also might help.
As for the taming, it takes time and patience. We've got 4 robos, 3 boys (Max, Paddy and Henry) and 1 girl (Tilly) and i've found it easier to tame the boys than Tilly. Husky robos Max and Paddy are our first pair, nearly a year old and they are really tame and tamed fairly easy, Tilly our girl was next, we got her about 3 months ago and Henry our latest addition is still a baby but is tamer than Tilly already. I don't know if it's because she's a girl or not but the boys definately tamed quicker, well for us anyway!!
Use treats and slow hand motions, talk to them whilst doing so and hopefully she'll come round!
